As per the
Income Tax Department's New Notification Dated 19/2/2013 that the Salary
Certificate Form 16 have already Changed the Format of Form 16. In this
New Format of Form 16 have two parts one of Part A and another is Part B. In
Part A have the details of Tax Deposited in to the Central
Govt and in the Part B have the details of employee's Salary
Details. As per the previous format of Form 16 have One Part but this new
Amended Form 16 have two parts. Most of the Employer have not know about this
new Notification of the CBDT.
